Robert Asprilla

Robert Asprilla is a transformational leader currently working to empower those who are disadvantaged using commerce, technology, diplomacy and public policy. He is a member of the International Committee for the National Black Chamber of Commerce, a Global Business Development Manager for LSV-Tech, and an Ambassador to Latin America with African Diaspora Collective Group. Robert co-founded Colombians con Biden, a novel decentralized electoral mechanism, and has worked on the campaigns of President Barack Obama and Senator and U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry.

In 2010 he received the Prince George’s County Council’s Proclamation for Community Service in recognition of his commitment to improving the lives of fellow residents. In 2021, the Afro-Colombian community recognized his efforts as a transformational international figure. Robert attended the University of MD, College Park studying International Marketing and Business Management.
