Julio Guity-Guevara, LL.M., is the Managing Director of SUDECC, Inc. a consulting firm that promotes sustainable development and delivers services to facilitate the implementation of projects in vulnerable communities. In 2020, Julio was selected as one of the top 40 Latinx experts in U.S. national security and foreign policy by the Diversity in National Security Network and New America. He has been appointed to serve as Deputy Director of the Executive Office of the Mayor, Office on Latino Affairs where he oversaw the administration of grants and implemented the Mayor’s initiatives in the Latino community.

Julio’s entrepreneurship is centered around economic opportunities and combating the climate crisis, and he has provided consulting and technical services to such organizations as the World Bank Group (WBG), the Organization of American States (OAS) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB). He holds a Master of Laws, with a specialization in International Business Law from Washington College of Law, American University.
